The Employee Service Recognition Box is a gift set allocated by anniversary year. Refer to the details in the the MediLodge Service Recognition catalogue for details of what is included in each package.
How to order for your facility?
- Are you ordering multiple care packages? If so, select yes and upload an excel sheet with recipient names, addresses, and their t-shirt size
- Select the care package you're trying to order.
- Input the total quantities of each size (Ex. Small 1, Medium 4, etc.)
- Select continue, and check out!
For example, you are ordering 5 Gold package A's. Upload an excel sheet of names, addresses, and t-shirt sizes for the recipients. Input the total quanities of each size in the Size section. Then checkout and repeat if you need to order mutiple care packages.
